Hi, I’m Jen!

Plant-whisperer. Midlife mystic. Recovering over-functioner extrodinaire. Still figuring it out—just like you.

I used to measure my worth by how much I could do for everyone else—burning the candle at both ends, drinking coffee like it was water and pretending I had it all together. Spoiler alert: I didn’t.

Now, bringing 20 years of clinical experience, I help smart, ambitious, self-aware women (you know, the ones who keep everyone else afloat) find their own true north. The helpers, healers, leaders and feelers. The ones who can read a room in five seconds flat, manage everyone else’s emotions like pros and still somehow feel like they’re falling behind in their own lives.

I get it. I know what it’s like to be the calm in the storm, to carry the emotional load, to quietly manage what others can’t see. I also know what it’s like when years of invisible later translates into white hot rage.

Therapy with me is a space for your intelligence, humor and unfiltered humanity to exist without apology. We’ll work to reconnect you with your inner wisdom, your creativity, your body and the part of you that still knows how to trust herself.
