Hi, I’m Jen!

Therapist, speaker, writer and certified menopause mental health provider with over 20 years in clinical practice. My work is rooted in my own lived experience and years of deep, integrative study.

Moving through my own perimenopause journey inspired my passion to help women in navigating and channeling the very real, very powerful rage so often experienced at this pivotal stage of life.
